HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY 2006

I was so happy at the countdown for 2006. Very different experience here in Amsterdam which is about thousands of miles from where I came from. I was so excited on my way there. Just keep hoping we were not late.

Didn't take a very good photos partly because there were too many people and partly I am just too short to take one properly when everyone is pushing around. I think this is also the first time I did a countdown in such a situation in town with thousands of people. 10..9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1..

Everyone is just so happy happy happy......fireworks all around. People partying and greet everyone like a family. I just feel so great.

I hope this will be a good year for everyone. Wish everyone a healthy, blessed and properous 2006.

Cocktail Party at Apartment 415

Had a cocktail party at my apartment months ago. Today, I finally force myself to upload the photos to my multiply album (http://babydino.multiply.com).

This is the first time I did the cocktail stuff. I tried my luck making one and it was really "TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AND TERRIBLE". No one would even like to try a sip by the look of it. Actually, that's not too bad but I ended up throwing it all away.

I was actually not feeling too well that day and have a long flight to catch the next day but I cant remember since when I start to believe that beer will cure my sore throat. Therefore I had a can of beer properly. Properly? Yeah, the other two cans I drank it flowing out while Keen Meng holding's the can. It was bad. My whole apartment floor is basically flooding with beer. I then sort of dancing cleaning the floor where Keen Meng got a snap video shot of it which he has now distribute across the whole company EXCEPT ME!


I remembered we took this photos before everyone start leaving. Wonder why we all showing the loser look? Who is the loser? ermmm!!!

Atrium Christmas Dinner (Snowy Green Christmas)

Today, I had a very nice dinner prepared by Gerard (colleague from Malaysia). It's really so nice of him to give us all a early christmas present by cooking this nice meal.

To prepare the meal, I think he has spent so much time in the thought and the cooking or the making of it. First making the trees with cucumbers, then learning to do the mash potato, etc, etc, etc. After we finished, none of us are allowed to clean.

Gerard, Thank you!!! Thank you for such a fantastic gift and this is the really so far the greatest present that I have got this year.

My First Blog

I have been wanting to create a blog everytime I saw someone's blog. Finally I really sit down and do it.

I really have to thank a few ppl especially Hsiu Pin (http://hsiupin.blogspot.com/) when she showed me hers and encourage me to do it too.

Another 2 persons that inspired me will be

1. Mei Ling (http://www.ms-cranberi.com/blog) - my uni-housemate that played very loud music (sweet dreams by Eurythmics) everyday without failed for almost a year. Recently I heard the song and missed the Uni time so much. I bought the CD and now my turn to play it almost everyday loudly. I hope my neighbour wont complaint about that.

2. My niece (www.xanga.com/drunkbeforedawn) - I read through her blog and it's so cool. Just enjoy reading it and hoping I can do as good as her.

In my mind, there are so many things to write now. I just cant concentrate on what I have to write first. Do keep coming in to check out. At the same time I really pray hard this will not be my another half way work.
